Technical Experience and Competitions:

College Internship Team (December 2015 - Present)

As the Team Lead, our 15 member team is building a Placement Management portal for the On-campus Placements 2016-2017 of our College. This Project is being built on 3-tier architecture using Spring 4 MVC, Hibernate 4 and Spring Remoting.

Larsen & Toubro Presentation Competition(19 March 2016)

The problem statement was Smart Manufacturing of MCCB using of IOT. Our team’s solutions were focussed on detecting machine faults in the assembly line and co-ordinating between different assembly line units. This data would be further used for Predictive learning of machines.

Project Cell Team (June 2015 - November 2015)

In Project Cell, our team worked on Image Processing Projects using OpenCV 2 library. Out of the many small tasks, learning the A Star algorithm for Obstacle-Path problem was challenging. A less efficient Modified Flooding algorithm was developed for the same.

Coding Contests(January 2015- Present)

Secured Bronze medal in Week of Code 17 world-wide coding competition held in August 2015 and was ranked 771 out of 3568 contestants. Managed to make it through to the CodeSprint World Cup semi-finals in September 2015.

WordPress Web Admin (November 2014 - Present)

Manage Posts and Content of Altar Servers Association (ASA), St. Joseph Church, Mira Road official website. Schedules and Point calculations are posted online. Nearly 1940 views in 4 months from all over the world. Future plans are to automate few posts, quizzes, manage member data and analytics.

Activities:

Part Time Volunteer(August 2014 – January 2015)

As recruited for the registration team by Interface Data and Design Event firm, our role was to engage and help the invitees who registered for the exhibition or event. This experience brought about positive changes in my interpersonal skills.

Altar Servers Association (ASA) Church Animator(June 2011 – Present)

Member of the association since standard 5. After standard 10, took up the role of managing activities and events in Altar Servers Association, Mira Road. We have the school children from Standard 5 to 10 as altar

servers. Our animator team plan events and training sessions for the altar servers.
