All programs are based on evidence and qualified research which recommends aerobic exercise, strengthening activities (both on land and in water), stretching, and balance work as successful interventions which lead to positive outcomes for people living with neurological conditions.

Tailored support for your needsChoosing CPA gives you access to the best health and wellbeing programs, therapies, support and staff. Knowing you have the best care and support allows you to focus on other key areas of your life, such as family, friends or work.

Your first appointment will begin with a personal consultation. During this meeting we take the time to learn about you, your challenges and your goals. With this knowledge we create a personalised plan of programs to help you achieve your goals.

What is PD Warrior?

PD Warrior is an advanced exercise program that incorporates both physical and cognitive activity for people in the early stages of Parkinson’s. PD Warrior has been described as a game changer by neurologists and health professionals because it revolutionises not only the therapy delivered to people newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s, but also when, how and why it is delivered. The evidence PD Warrior is based on is already changing the neurological landscape and the way Parkinson’s is managed.
