Why does NAD help Addiction?

NAD or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a simple metabolic coenzyme of Niacin, vitamin B.

• Niacin is a B Vitamin that is involved in energy production in every mitochondria of your body.

• It has been used since the 1930s to help people detox off of alcohol, opiates, stimulants and tranquilizers.

We know people afflicted with drug and alcohol abuse have an NAD deficiency state.• For example, for every molecule of alcohol metabolized we use an equal amount of NAD.

• We know a low NAD ratio is associated with a craving for drugs and alcohol.

The intravenous infusion of NAD significantly decreases any withdrawal symptoms and fosters a sense of well being.

• Dopamine neurons within the reward circuit of the brain appear to be restored and normalized. • By the end of the intravenous infusion patients are no longer in withdrawal and report

no craving or desire to use.

What is the NAD IV Treatment Process?

Side Effects?

Studies show that using high doses of vitamins, minerals and amino acids for short periods of time present negligible adverse effects.

In fact, the most commonly reported side effect with NAD therapy is feeling only slightly flu-like, which seems to pass rapidly.

● NAD IV therapy usually requires one infusion per day for a period of ten days. A facility physician develops an

individualized treatment plan for each patient, including the precise NAD mixture. At the beginning of each day, a trained

nurse will insert an IV and begin to slowly infuse the NAD mixture. Withdrawal symptoms reportedly begin to subside in

just a matter of minutes.

● Patients are able to comfortably relax while the formulation is delivered over a period of approximately eight hours. Some reports indicate NAD

therapy can reduce withdrawal symptoms by 70-80 percent after 3 days of treatment.

● Between the fourth and eighth day, patients typically report feeling better, with increased mental clarity. However, it is

important to note that patients must complete each infusion process in order to eliminate or minimize cravings. More

importantly, after receiving NAD IV therapy, each patient must deal with the psychological aspects of addiction, otherwise

a relapse is inevitable.

● Though NAD IV therapy will need additional research and evaluation, the treatment does seem to produce positive results among patients struggling

with addiction. Early data seems to indicate the highest success rates with NAD are among alcohol and opiate addicts.

NAD Intravenous Treatment History

• Extensive Research has been documented in the success of NAD treatment of ALL forms of substance abuse patients.

• Although the treatment is relatively new to the US, NAD therapy has actually been around since 1961. Its first use was recorded in South Africa.

• The first addiction treatment clinic in US to utilize NAD therapy was located in Springfield, Louisiana. The center was founded by psychotherapist Paula Mestayer and her husband Richard, who was a practicing psychiatrist at the time. After conducting intensive research into NAD therapy for addiction, they opened Springfield Wellness Center in 2001 and have since treated over 1,000 patients. Many other medical centers have opened in California, Florida and Arizona. We are the only in the Midwest.

• Research supports that 80% of all substance abuse addiction patients completely recover from their addiction when properly treated with Intravenous and Oral NAD Formulas.

NAD IV Therapy

● One of the newest holistic treatments in the field of addiction recovery is an amino acid therapy,

● Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is a metabolic co-enzyme and is charged with the important job of

structuring, repairing, and remodeling every cell in the body.

● These specialized enzymes require constant replenishment in the body. Unfortunately, drug and alcohol abuse

prompt the human brain to reorganize, particularly on a cellular level.

● This process, known as neuroadaptation, is directly responsible for addiction-related brain damage and

depletion of neurotransmitters.

● NAD IV therapy is said to replenish the drained enzymes and target brain restoration.

We are looking for support of the community. I can send more information as for what we see will help our suffering addicted community.

We are now working with many Non-profit organizations, who share the same vision.

On the west coast and Florida are medical clinics treating the cravings from the patient's neurotransmitters, serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. Realigning the neurotransmitters to feel normal without the drug present in the human body.

WHY WE ARE HERE

Emerald Neuro Recover Centers are in the process of opening a new center in Carmel that offers private rooms. We feel every patient has the right to privacy. We are looking for investors to foster our dream of developing the ultimate in Brain Restoration for addiction.

OUR GOAL TO HELP AS MANY ADDICTS AS POSSIBLE

Our Medical Doctors have developed through research from Harvard University and Cornell University

a cutting - edge, science - based protocol.

We are advised by Counsel, to have a sustainable business enterprise we need to

● We need to establish a “PROCESS PATENT PROTOCOL” so we can protect our developed protocol.

● We will license the protocol to other rehab centers and medical doctors.

● We can use the patent protocol in curriculum and other helpful materials.

● Our licensed protocol will be sold to other medical facilities with enhancements and upgrades added throughout time.

Estimate for Patent lawyer $15k

For licensing of Protocol

Reversing Aging: Not as Crazy as You ThinkHarvard researchers find a new compound that can make old cells young againBy Alice Park, Time Magazine

• Reversing Aging:

• The Health Breakthrough Discovery of NAD+

• In an experiment with mice, the team found that giving older mice a compound called NAD for just one week made 2-year-old cell tissue resemble that of six-month-old mice (in human years, that would be a kin to a 60-year-old's cells becoming more like those belonging to a 20-year-old). -Time Magazine
