To enter the Renault Parts Claim System, click once on the button labeled: Click Here To Enter Site The User will be taken to the login screen.

To log into the system, the User must enter their Dealer Number And Password before selecting the Login button

0033 :: PPaarrttss CCllaaiimm EEnnttrryy SSccrreeeenn Once logged in, the User will be greeted with the Renault Parts Claim Form.

The User must then fill in the single part claim details; on completion they MUST select ADD.

The Renault Parts Claims Form Entry Screen is designed around the old claims form.

93R (91) claims can be rejected on entry, depending on current rules. All parts entered, even if rejected or displaying an error, will still be transferred to the Renault Network system. On Exiting the screen, the entries are logged and sent to the Renault Network. The User can only amend a claim entry, whilst they remain in this screen. On Exit, all entries are confirmed and cannot be changed

0055 :: DDeelleettiinngg AAnn EEnnttrryy If the User enters a claim incorrectly, they can alter any row whilst they are still within the claims screen. On exiting the screen all records are confirmed. To edit an entered row, select the delete button at right of the required row.

The record is deleted, but the information is reloaded with the entry row, allowing the User to make adjustments before resubmitting the information.

The User can then make the adjustments and resubmit the information.

Once a Claim Code 3 has been entered, to clear the sheet, select Save And Exit. This will take the User back to Main Menu Screen.

Then Select the Enter Claim Button, the User will now be taken back to blank claim form.

0077 :: CChhaannggiinngg DDeeaalleerr DDeeffaauulltt SSeettttiinnggss

On every claim, a Dealer Name and Position is assigned to every entry. The system stores a default Name and Position against every Login Account. To change the default value, exit back to the main menu.

From the Main Menu, select Dealer Defaults.

Edit Settings and select the Save And Exit button On exit, the User is returned back to the main menu.
