MiT NOC services allow you to effi ciently develop your Theatre Technology Infrastructure without the stress of managing the assets. The MiT NOC will remotely monitor your networked cinema assets 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and keep you informed of your system health. Trained technicians monitor your systems so that if a problem arises, the proper course of action is taken every time. We can assist in managing resolutions in the fastest possible method by dispatching your service agency with the necessary information to resolve your issue promptly, on the fi rst attempt.

The iMAGE WATCH is the foundation of a reliable, monitored Digital Cinema System. The iMAGE WATCH collects your TMS, Digital Projector, Screen Server, Automation and UPS health and status (SNMP) data and relays it, in real time, to the MiT NOC. Digital Cinema Technicians monitor this information to ensure any anomalies are addressed with the proper urgency to ensure maximum up time. The iMAGE WATCH collects and distributes playback logs to keep you in compliance with VPF agreements.
