Utilize the status and influence of professional athletes to teach children life skills and build community

Program Overview

Each player is assigned to an after school program which they will visit twice a month

Players participate in basketball activities which teach life skills and healthy life styles

Additional activities include player visits to schools, youth sports practices, and community events

NHK Participants

• Netanya Hoops For Kids serves the children of Netanya

• Children ages 2nd grade to 5th grade

• The majority of the children we serve are from disadvantaged backgrounds

Players Responsibility

• Serve as role models

• Arrive on time

• Come dressed in NHK T-Shirt

• Bring positive energy

• PARTICIPATE
