CERTIFICATION

During the year 2002 the existing Quality Management

System of the company, based on ISO 900 l: I 994,

was revised to incorporate and comply with the

requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 revision.

We used this opportunity to follow a certification

program withTUV Rheinland (lndia) carrying out a

successful certification audit in August 2002.

Development of our Quality Management System

continues through the programme of Management

Review Meetings and lnternal Audits.

Our Quality Manual contains details of the QualityManagement System, it is focussed on customers and
