Advance Ceramic Bowl

Falcon ceramic bowls are made of thick walls to

make it shock resistant. These are molded betweenthe temperature of 1100-1200 degree Celsius witha hot and dry mould.

Walls are painted with Glycerin to make it nonsticky.

Before glazing these molded bowls are kept in aair tight pressure chamber which are dust proof asdust causes pin holes which make the bowl weak inlong run. Glazing is antibacterial .

Finally bowls are tested for 24 hours to ensurethere are no hair line cracks and leakages.

This quality control production system ensureslong life of the urinal.

Dry Cartridge The HeartThe patented Falcon Waterfree Dry Cartridge requiresno liquid sealant and conserves approximately 37,800liters of water during its normal life cycle. Urineenters the Dry Cartridge through a drain hole in thetop then passes through an elastomeric valve, whichthen seals shut to provide an odor barrier. The urine

then passes through an internal filter and a dischargeopening in the bottom of the cartridge before flowingfreely to the building drain system. The filter preventsdebris from entering drain pipes. When the cartridgehas filled with debris, it is to be replaced with a newcartridge.

Cartridge performance is not effected by vibration ornegative pressure in plumbing systems. An O-ring andpatented bayonet tabs lock the cartridge into theurinal housing, providing an airtight seal that istamper resistant. The results are a virtually odor-freeenvironment, clean pipes, and no water waste.
