MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE

Nemak offers a Medical Insurance Plan that matches or exceeds the health insurance plans

of other majority businesses nationwide. Medical Plan benefits include major medical,

hospitalization, surgical, routine/preventative care, and chiropractic services. Our

prescription drug service provides retail as well as mail-order for routine and specialty

drugs. The Dental Plan covers preventive, basic, a portion of major services, and

orthodontic coverage of $1500 lifetime max for age 18 and under. Our Vision Plan covers

expenses related to examinations and various types of eye wear and contact lenses.

LIFE INSURANCE & AD&D

Nemak provides life insurance. This valuable benefit is provided at no charge to the team

member. Team members may purchase additional term insurance through MetLife with the

convenience of payroll deduction for you, your spouse, and dependents under age 25.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

Nemak provides short-term disability coverage to all team members. This valuable benefit is

provided at no charge to the team member. Long-term disability is provided to salaried team

members and is available for purchase for hourly team members.

VACATION

Nemak believes employees should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work and

help balance their lives. We also believe that paid vacations are earned by working and

thus should bear a relationship to your length of service with the Company. Nemak offers a

competitive vacation plan.

HOLIDAY PAY

Full-time regular team members who are actively employed are eligible for holiday

pay. Nemak observes 9 paid holidays throughout the year. They include: New Year’s Day,

Labor Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday

after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and Good Friday.

Nemak USA Inc. Retirement Savings Plan 401(K) Nemak offers an excellent 401(k)

Retirement Savings Plan with many plan options for the team member’s future retirement

needs. Team members have the choice of over 19 different investment options which

includes Target Date Funds which offer a simple solution to investing for retirement. We

offer company contributions for salary and hourly employees.

PROFIT SHARING BONUS

Upon achieving annually published Company targets, team members may be eligible to

receive Profit Sharing Bonuses.

WELLNESS ACTIVITIES & FITNESS REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM

Nemak offers all employees the option to participate in various wellness challenges and

activities throughout the year. Nemak offers fitness reimbursement which includes

reimbursement of membership fees to selected fitness groups chosen by Nemak.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

This is a plan under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. Team members participate

by making pre-tax contributions to the plan by way of payroll deductions to pay for out-of-

pocket medical, dental, or qualified childcare expenses.6

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Enhance your current job skills, opt for a degree or improve your general education by

participating in Nemak’s comprehensive educational program. Application can be made for

reimbursement of tuition for up to $5,250 per calendar year.

ONE-TIME SCHOLARSHIP FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN OF ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES

Nemak will make a one-time $500 scholarship donation to the college/university on behalf

of your eligible child enrolled in an accredited college/university. This applies to 1st year

students only of eligible employees.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

All employees and their dependents are eligible to participate. This program provides

completely confidential services including, counseling, assessments, and referrals for

employees and their families who may need assistance in a variety of areas including but

not limited to; legal, professional, or financial counseling, divorce, dependent and elder

care, adoption, behavioral health benefits, stress management, etc.

SERVICE AWARDS

Service awards are distributed to recognize the years of service team members have

contributed to help build and sustain the success of Nemak. Service awards are presented

throughout the year for employees that have completed 5 years, and at each subsequent

five-year milestone.

semi private hospital, durable medical equipment, hearing aids and travel assistance. Our

prescription drug plan has a 15% copay. The Dental Plan co-pays range from 10% to

50%. Our Vision Plan covers expenses related to examinations and various types of eye

wear and contact lenses. This covers employees and eligible dependents.

CHILD CARE

Nemak provides a subsidy up to $10 per day for dependent children up to age six

years who are registered in a licensed child care center or service provider. A

maximum of $2,000 will be provided on a calendar-year basis.

NEMAK DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PENSION PLAN

Nemak provides company contributions to the plan after one year of continuous

service. In addition, you may make voluntary contributions. Nemak will make

matching contributions equal to 100% of your voluntary contributions up to 3%.
