NEGOTIATION ON A PAY RISE
The management and workers representative have engaged in 3 series of
negotiations pertaining the above issues:
I. Preliminary negotiation
II. First negotiationIII. Second negotiation
Preliminary negotiation
. !pon receiving a re"uest from the worker#s representative and prior to the
preliminary discussion$ management meeting is held and agreed on the
followings:
♦ %gree on the re"uest of a pay rise between &' ( )'* and
♦ !sing a holistic approach by o+ering several bene,ts which aims
to create bonding$ a sense of belonging and foster teamwork
and collaboration among workers and management in a longterm.
