Overcoming objections is critical in the process of negotiation as it is rare for both parties to agree straight away. We can demonstrate this by using some of the following phrases;

• I totally understand your point of view, however.

• Can we meet half way?• In my opinion• From my perspective• I have to disagree with you on

that point• Is that your final offer?• That’s not how I see it• Could we use that as a

starting point?

So much of our negotiating is done on video conferencing software, this can be an advantage or a disadvantage depending on the situation.

Most business relationships revolve around generating,

maintaining and developing a business relationship.

To develop this skill you will need to formulate a structure to the negotiating process. There must be an end goal or objective that you want to reach. A high level of preparation goes without saying but confidence is the main ingredient that features throughout the process.

If you want to practice and develop this skill contact us today. Our classes focus directly on your particular needs and are all taught online via Skype. Each lesson is 1 hour long and we accept Paypal.

“Learning about this process requires both discipline and focus.”

Remember that without visual representation you rely solely on one key component, your voice.
