Move chin up as your eyes look toward ceiling. Your head is the only part of your body that should move. 1. Sit or stand up straight. 2. Look forward. 3. Turn head left, then right. 1. Put right hand behind your back. 2. Put left hand around your right hand. 3. Bend your neck to the left while pulling your right hand to the left. 4. Repeat exercise on the other side. Neck Exercises Do each exercise 3 times. Hold each exercise for 30 seconds. Do these exercises 3-5 times each day.

1. Put palm of hand on side of head.2. Push head into palm without bending your neck.3. Repeat exercise on other side.

1. Put palm on back of head.2. Push back of head into palm without bending your neck.

1. Put palm of hand on forehead.2. Push forehead into palm without bending your neck.

1. Stand up straight with arms at sides.2. Squeeze shoulder blades together.

1. Stand up straight.2. Put straight arms out front with palms facing out.3. Locks fingers together and push outward to round back and pull shoulder blades apart.

1. Sit or stand up straight.2. Look forward.3. Tuck chin in toward neck.

1. Sit up straight in chair. 2. Tie exercise band to secure object at shoulder level.3. Place ends of band in each hand.4. Pull back on band with arms at shoulder level. Squeeze shoulder blades together as you pull back.

Do each exercise 10 times.Hold each exercise for 3-5 seconds.Do these exercises 2 times each day.
