Enhancing the relevance of the youth in achieving

sustainable human development through grounded

public administration and governance in Philippine

society

NCGG 2012 is a three-day conference: the first day will

simultaneous panels.

The five plenary presentations will tackle different areas

related to the Congress’s main theme. The 12

simultaneous panels will feature student presenters who

will submit conference papers based on the following

general study areas: local government and

development. The Congress Organizing Committee may

OUTRAGE 4:The Battle Against

 Apathy Continuesand

GRAND LAUNCHING of the

NCPAG HYMN

The battle against apathy continues as the NCPAG

Student Government spearheads the OUTRAGE 4.

Aside from our consistent fight for greater state subsidy

for the education sector, this year, the NCPAG Student

Government will respond to some of the needs for the

health sector. A child of a particular NCPAG student

needs to undergo a rare case of heart operation. It is inthis light that the NCPAG Student Government has

chosen this child to be the sole recipient of all proceeds

of the Outrage 4. Big bands, b ig venue, and a big crowd

are aimed to be achieved for this year.

Simultaneously, the Outrage 4 will also highlight the

Grand Launching of the chosen NCPAG Hymn from the

competition which commenced in December 2011.
