What else you should know about the individual functions
If you would like to make an external call, you first need to occupy an external line. How you do this depends on the tele-phone system you have. The alphabetic labelling allows you to dial so called vanity numbers.
You can use this function to talk to a party within your in–housetelephone system during an already existing call.
The redial function dials the last call number again. Specificredial lets you redial a call number that you have stored specifi-cally for this purpose. You can add digits to the number manu–ally. Numbers that you have dialled using a destination orspeed–dial key cannot be redialled using the redial button.Integral 5: For external call numbers only.
As soon as the subscriber’s line is free, your telephone will ring.Lifting the handset will redial the call number.
You can assign a call number to a free function key and store itas a fixed destination. You can then dial these destinationnumbers by simply pressing the key.
I33/CS I55: You can store a call number under each of the digitkeys 0 – 9. This number can contain up to 24 digits. If a numberhas already been stored under a digit key, this number will beoverwritten once a new call number is entered.Integral 5: The speed–dial destinations are set by your servicepoint.
I33/CS I55: This function allows you to dial numbers stored cen-trally in the system. If required, you can enter additional digitsafter the code dial number e.g. an extension number.
I33/CS I55: If you have cut yourself out of a hunt group line, you may still be reached via your internal or external extensionnumber.
I33/CS I55: Enter a number higher than 2000.The PIN set in the factory is 0000.

I33/CS I55: This function enables you to use another telephone(excluding TH 13, TM 13 and TS 13) to set up call diversion foryour telephone. You must, however, first set up the diversion onyour phone.
You always have to press the Programming key to start and endthe programming mode. This is the only way to store yourentries permanently.I33/CS I55: After you have finished your input and pressed theredial key, you can continue programming, e.g. make changesto the acoustic settings.
Integral 5 only: If a caller is included in your call list, the entrywill be removed from the list. Deleting displayed entries is alsopossible with the Delete function key.
I33/CS I55: You can adjust the tone and volume for differentringing tones. When programming, enter the correspondingcode and setting.
I33/CS I55: You can change your telephone’s pre–settings. When programming, enter the corresponding code.
Through programming you can assign different functions ordestinations to the 10 function keys. To delete the previouslyassigned function, program the key as usual and omit the code.Integral 5: There are further details about the assignment offunctions and the respective codes in the instruction manual foryour telephone system, or find out more at your service point.
Integral 5 only: If your system has a multi–device connection:with external calls, you can transfer specific MSN numbers. To do so, you must assign the MSN numbers to function keys(programming function keys: see Data Input Manual). You mustthen press the corresponding function key before dialling.
