Account balance or Payment Plan installments due on the 1th of each month
Fall account balance needs to be paid or be current on a payment plan to register for the Spring semester

REGISTRAR’S OFFICE
The primary rights afforded to the student are:
• The right to inspect and review their education records.
• The right to have some control over the disclosure of information from the records.
• The right for the student to retain control of access to education records.
Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act - 1976
• Mid-term grades• Students will need to view these through
myACU• They are graded as S, U and NP grades
• Final Grades• These are also viewed by students through
myACU• Only for students in their freshman year at
ACU, a paper grade report is sent to the student at their home address
Student Grades
• Primarily for insurance purposes
• Certificates can be obtained by the student from The Depot link on myACU
• Verification for each semester begins two weeks before the first day of class

Dropping a Course
• Day 1-5: “drop”; no transcript record, does not count against “block”
• Beginning Day 6: “withdraw”; student uses withdrawal form, ‘W’ on transcript, counts against “block”
• No drop/withdrawal after week 12; student earns grade
