• Innocent is a manager in the E & Y Tax services business line based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania• He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation from University of Dar es Salaam, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Mzumbe University and a Postgraduate Diploma in legal studies from Law School of Tanzania.• He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certi�ed Accountant (ACCA) in UK and National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania. • Rose is Principle Taxpayers Education O�cer at the Tanzania Revenue Authority (“TRA”), a Tax assessor by profession. • Her role at the TRA is to educate Taxpayers/ customers on how to comply with Tax Laws.• She holds a master’s Degree in Business Administration from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom, a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax management and Advance Diploma in Tax Management from The Institute of Finance Management • She has been in the Tax �eld for more than 25 years serving in di�erent departments including customs department.

• Lucy is a Legal Consultant at The Tanzanian Associate Ltd. • She holds masters of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom and a Postgraduate Diploma in legal studies from Law School of Tanzania. • She is a member of the Tanzania institute of Arbitrator and a Panellist for Domain dispute with Resolution expert in association with Tanzania Information Centre.• She has extensive experience in the commercial, corporate, banking & �nance, insurance, civil and criminal, anti-money laundering, compliance and employment practice areas, working for both local and multinational clients. • Lucy worked as an associate at ATZ Law Chambers and was also an in house legal and compliance counsel for Exim Bank Tanzania.• She was one of the representatives of Tanzania in the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Parliament in which she had the honour of debating in the House of Lords’ Chambers in London.
