It brings me great joy to know you are reading this,

soon to begin the process of finding clarity in your life

and work. With a little time and a little soul searching we

can get you more clear and ready to take your next steps

toward igniting your passion.

First, let me introduce myself. I’m Allison, a speaker, trainer

and coach who works with entrepreneurs and young profess-

ionals who are seeking clarity on their next steps in life and work.

I am the founder and creator of the AIM™ Coaching Program, co-creator of the

Money Map Program, and former CEO of Eyes Wide Open Life, a personal development

and business coaching company. I have been lucky enough to work with hundreds of

individuals and businesses to support them on gaining clarity, taking action, and living in

alignment with their truth and authentic values.

I couldn’t be more excited for you to dive into this workbook, get clear, get creative

and start building the life you so deeply desire and deserve.

Navigating QuarterlifeHello there, friend!

Clarity is essential in the pursuit of your desires. Let’s not stop there! I want you to dig

deep and excavate the resources you already have, as well as the resources that may

be more scarce. In this workbook you’ll explore your priorities in life and work from a

perspective of limited resources. Once you get clear you can use

that knowledge to filter through choices like what are your next

steps, and what to say “yes” or “no” to.

The ability to clarify your priorities will create the starting line

for your life in alignment with your true purpose . Once your

present and future behaviors are congruent with your

priorities you begin to match what you are saying you want

your life to look like. Basically, your soul ignites like a star drawn

to your own personal true north. Even better, you can always

revisit these insights as you move further along your path.

“Coins” Allocated12

Total:

Part 1: Clarifying priorities in lifeFor this exercise, imagine that you have 100 “coins” that represent the full

extent of how you can spend your nonrenewable resources of Time, Attention

and Energy. How would you divide them among the six (or more if you so choose)

categories below? Remember, there is no “right” or “wrong” answer, only what

feels true and authentic to you.

Part 1: Clarifying priorities in lifeOnce you’ve allocated your “coins”, draw your Personal Priority Pie that reflects what you’ve identified. *Note - each ‘slice’ in the circle with lines represents a 10% piece of the pie. Feel free to use the blank “pie” if easier for you.

Part 2: Clarifying priorities in workGreat - you’ve identified how big of a slice your “work & career” piece is to you. Now we want to get clear on what elements of your work itself are your top priorities.

Here, imagine that you have 24 “coins” to spend on the four quadrants of what really matters in finding meaningful work below. How will you break yours up?

[ Navigating Quarterlife ] Part 3: Clarifying Desires + Necessary Income

Part 3: Clarifying desires and necessary incomeWhile there may be a great deal still left unknown about the specifics of your next steps, there likely are many elements you do know -- perhaps more than you think.

Here, we want to start exploring what those things are and how much income you actually need to generate in order to have what you want. The intention is not to make the least amount of money possible, but rather to know the minimum of what you need to earn in order to have the life you want so you can make conscious, intentional choices from there and not simply be chasing money all the time. This will reflect just what you need for your personal life - if you are planning to start or continue a business and need to account for those expenses, that is a separate process.

As an introduction, take a moment and describe what you know you want your life to look like in whatever next step(s) you take. Then, after you have filled out a bit of the description in each of the categories, assign each category a dollar amount. You’re starting from naming your desires and then figuring out what you need, instead of knowing what you have and then fitting your desires inside of that.

If you’re not sure of certain costs, use your best guess. Remember to approach this from the perspective of what your minimum to be truly happy would be -- not just what you would need to barely get by, but not your wildest aspirations either.

Other categories could include: debt payment, clothing, special events & gifts, gadgets & technology, passion projects, personal continuing education, coaching, personal support systems, etc. Include as many additional lines as feels right to you.
