Navigate to your Workday Inbox.
Locate the “Get Additional Manager Evaluation” task for your employee and maximize it.
Click to Maximize

Click on the gear icon and select
“Skip This Task” to skip the “Get Additional Manager” task.

Click “OK”

Click “Skip” to skip the “Get Additional Reviewer” task.

Click “OK”

Click “Open” to launch the Performance Review for your employee.

Click “Go to Guided Editor” to
launch a step-by-step view of the Performance Review.

This screen will prompt you for an
attachment. Do not add an
attachment.
Click “Next”

Click to update the required information.
The Performance Review requires
that you provide an updated
status, a rating, and
accompanying comment for all of
your employee’s goals. If there are no goals populated for your employee, please enter them at this time by selecting the "Add" button at the bottom of the screen.

Update your employee’s progress
in achieving the specified goal. Choose from one of the following:
If there are no goals populated for your employee, please enter them at this time.
• Discontinued
• Not Started
• In Progress
• Complete

Provide a rating for the goals. Choose from one of the following:
• Not Applicable
• Does Not Meet Expectations
• Partially Meets Expectations
• Meets Expectations
• Exceeds Expectations
• Significantly ExceedsExpectations
Comments should be entered
for any "Does Not Meet
Expectations" OR
"Significantly Exceeds
Expectations" ratings.
Click “Next” once
you are done rating
all goals.

click “Next” to proceed.

“Supervisory Competencies.”
Please rate and provide a
corresponding comment for all
sections. If your employee does
not supervise others, please
select “Not Applicable.”
Rate all supervisory
competencies and click
“Next” to proceed.

This section of the
Performance Review requires
that you rate your employee’s
performance in relation to
their responsibilities as listed
on their position description. Do NOT make changes to the
responsibilities listed, as doing so
will NOT update the position
description.
Rate all responsibilities and
click “Next” to proceed.

If your employee is past due on
any required trainings, please
update the rating to “Yes” and
enter the details in the
comments area.
Otherwise, update the rating to
“No”.
Mr. Castillo will send out a past due training list you can use to determine if your employees are current.
Click “Next” to proceed.

overall rating for your employee. Choose from one of the following:
• Does Not Meet Expectations
• Partially Meets Expectations
• Meets Expectations
• Exceeds Expectations
• Significantly ExceedsExpectations

Only answer this question if you are certain no further changes to
the evaluation will be needed. If you will need to revise this
evaluation, c lick "Next" and then select “Save for later” on the
following screen.

The Performance Review Summary
page provides a consolidated view of
all areas evaluated-Goals,
Competencies, Responsibilities, etc.
Click “Submit” to send the evaluation to the employee 's Workday inbox OR"Save for Later" if you would like to review the evaluation with your employee prior to submitting.
Please review for
completeness and click to edit, if necessary.
*If you select "Save for Later",
the performance evaluation will
remain in your Workday inbox
until submitted.

The evaluation is now with employee for review. Click “Done”

Once your employee has reviewed the evaluation, you will receive the “Provide Manager Review Comments” task in your inbox.

You will be able to view your
employee’s acknowledgment in
addition to any comments entered by your employee
The Acknowledgement is followed
by a summary of the
performance review which is available for your reference.

Update the status and
add the required
comments.
Choose one of the following:
MANAGERS ONLY: I acknowledge I have reviewed the position restrictions for accuracy and a position restriction update is required. I have reviewed and discussed this performance evaluation with the employee.

Click “Submit”
Enter the date and time you met
with your employee to discuss
the performance review along with any additional comments.

Your employee’s performance
review is complete. Click “Done”.
