Mark Neveu an advisor of Natural Healthcare, PhD: is the Founder and CEO of Wellomics. He received his BS in Biochemistry and Nutrition from Virginia Tech where he conducted research on the chemical synthesis of anti-cancer natural products and analytical chemistry. Doctoral studies in Experimental Oncology and Toxicology were completed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the laboratory of Dr. Henry Pitot, the founding Chairman of President Nixon's National Cancer Advisory Board. Mark published numerous pioneering studies on epigenetic molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis. As an honorary fellow of the Harvard School of Public Health at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, he performed research to identify several novel tumor suppressor genes (e.g. Maspin). For eight years he supervised a mechanism based drug discovery laboratory at Pfizer responsible for molecular and cellular biology in both cancer and immunological diseases. His research team at Pfizer contributed to the identification of several novel drugs including Tarcevam (CP-358,774) that was the first FDA approved personalized therapy for Jung and pancreatic cancers.

Jill Lamoureux, an advisor of Natural Healthcare has been a leader in the cannabis industry since 2008, Jill owned and operated four dispensaries, three cultivation facilities, and one commercial kitchen in Colorado until 2012. She coordinated the process for a number of businesses to receive their state and local licenses in Colorado's first effort to convert unregulated cannabis businesses to licensed operators. Jill also provided advisory and regulatory drafting services to all three of Colorado's cannabis business trade associations in 2012 and is a founding member and the former Chairperson of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Jill Lamoureux who will head the advising management company for Natural Healthcare, brings over eight years of commercial cultivation experience to the operating plan's development. She previously owned and operated some of the nation's first licensed cannabis facilities in Colorado. Her cultivation operations covered 50,000 sq. ft. in three locations and consistently provided pesticide free cannabis medicine for thousands of patients.

Lamoureux has worked with the American Herbal Products Association and nutritional experts to develop standard good manufacturing practices for the cannabis industry, providing aid in the creation of regulatory health and safety standards. In addition, her experience regarding the development of the Patient Focus Certification audit standards have made her 11 n11tion11l expert on good manufacturing practices applied to cannabis operations. The company will benefit from her accumulation of this knowledge base and will implement many of these practices into the operation.

Based on her experience cultivating plants for condition specific cannabis medicines, Lamoureux developed one of the most robust quality control programs in the country. When properly implemented, these protocols ensure safe and purity cannabis medicine products for patients. These protocols will be implemented by the company and supervised by the Quality Assurance Officer.

Randy Lamattina has over 40 years of security experience as a detective, risk manager, bomb technician, security manager and U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran. Randy started his career in the Boston Police Department as a detective part of the special operation bomb squad and general investigation unit. During this time he was awarded the Boston Medal of Honor twice. In 1989, he was an instructor at Seolty School of Defensive Driving for support and terrorism awareness. A few year later he was a senior instructor at the Corporate Training Unlimited which involved training civilian and military law enforcement in the U.S., Peru, Colombia and Saudi Arabia.

In 1995 to 1997 randy moved to the private sector when he oversaw the security and safety of an $800 million semiconductor plant. From 1997 to 2000 Randy was the Security Director ofNalional Semiconductor and managed a team of 15 and implemented video monitoring and eleclronics systems. Randy for 8 years after 2000 was promoted to Regional Security Manager and managed 37 employees conducted all training and provided executive support worldwide with government clearance. 2008 to the present Randy is a Senior Investigator for Pinkerton Investigation & Consulting provides executive support, fraud and due diligence investigations and security consulting.

Randy worked extensively to build the JPMA training course for the Maine Medical Marijuana Program. This training course is a requirement for all dispensaries and grows in the state of Maine. Randy was responsible for the training section on all matters for the security pertaining to the grow and dispensary facility. His security expertise used for training course on the diversion, storage, delivery and overall security of medical marijuana.

Ryan Hill acting as the individual responsible for Natural Healthcare Cultivation operations is the COO/part owner at Harmony Farms in Lacey, WA since September 2015. HF is a tier three production/processing facility specializing in the production of boutique marijuana flower and top shelf C02 oils. The 30,000 sq ft facility currently employs 26 and is the fourth largest producer in Washington.

As the owner and operator of dispensaries in Colorado from 2008-2012, Lamoureux served and interacted with over five thousand patients, meeting their individual needs and concerns. As a former dispensary and cultivation owner, Lamoureux acting as an advisor to Natural Healthcare, brings first-hand experience to medicinal cannabis patient's case-by-case plans, education, and curative needs. Additionally, Lamoureux is the Patient-Focused Program Director for Americans for Safe Access (ASA), and has developed the Patients First Certification program for ASA. She has personally experienced the positive quality-of-life impact medical cannabis has on individuals and their families and has been an ardent patient advocate. Due to her first-hand experience with developing a newly regulated system in Colorado.

22. Describe the types and forms of Marijuana Infused Products ("MIPs") that the RMD intends to produce, if any.

Natural Healthcare Inc. will offer a wide variety of MIP to provide our patients the most effective medium for their treatment. The MIPs will be in three categories which include: Edibles, concentrations and infusions. A supercritical C02 extraction machine will make these products possible. All products will be made in accordance with state regulation and follow "Good Manufacturing Practices for Food," and sanitary requirements

The C02 supercritical machine will extract oil and wax from plant material. The oil and wax will be sold in its basic fonn and used for the following products:

MIPs will be packaged in opaque, childproof and tamper evident packing, with labeling that states it has been tested for contaminants with no adverse findings and in accordance with I 05 CMR 725. I OS(C)(2).

All labels will include the mg quantity of cannabis medicine in the product, unique bar code, cannabis contents, a statement about its testing and no hannful findings with the date of testing. We will have the product tested in house twice as well as 3rd pany testing for every batch of product created.

Natural Healthcare will consistently follow Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) to ensure pure and safe cannabis products. Strict cultivation protocols throughout the entire life cycle of the cannabis plant will provide the manufacturing unit with input cannabis materials that arc safe and as consistent as possible given plant variability. Healthy and vibrant plants yield higher quality products. The cultivation team will utilize functional and stable plant genetics to manufacture the most effective plant·bascd medicine achievable under Florida's medical cannabis framework. The manufacturing team will transform finished raw cannabis in10 consistent, effective, and pure phannacculical-gradc solutions.

NH! will utilize a C02 supercritical extraction machine lo derive oil from plant material. This extraction will be used for cartridges, and infused for edibles, lotions and salves. All production will meet requirements of 105 CMR 725.105. No products will resemble available food or candy and will be in child proof packaging.

The C02 uses "food grade" 100% liquid C02 al extreme pressures and various temperatures. The process will use water, ethanol and C02. The end product is heated and a vacuum is applied to remove any remaining C02 and water. This leaves behind the extracted wax and oil. All product will be tested by a third party to maintain the highest quality products and accurate dosing for patients.

BioTrackTHC enables Natural Healthcare to collect, store, and retrieve all data and activity. All patient records, recall reports, sales/transaction records, product disposal records, and all scanned documents can be accessed at any time (real time), either in-system or through the report crealion tool.

Information held by the company about qualified patients and employees is confidential and will not be disclosed without the written consent of the individual to whom the information applies, or as required under law or pursuant to an order from a court of competent jurisdiclion. However, the DPH may access this information to carry out official duties.

The dispensing facility will maintain a transparent and fully accountable set of dispensing facility-related records for internal and external audits, as well as review by the DPH. All physical documents, such as patient files, transaction records, inventory records, security records, audit records, business records, and financial records will be stored electronically in redundant and geographically dispersed Class 5 data centers to provide the maximum level of security and compliance with all state and federal document storage and confidentiality rules, including HIPAA regulations. This method of storage ensures that all records are adequately protected from loss, damage, or unauthorized use.

Each employee is required to undergo extensive training outlined in question 31 . All personnel policies are in Natural Healthcare's employee handbook which every employee is required to read and understand. The employee handbook includes details for security, training, employee benefits, work schedule, salaries, performance reviews and termination. Understanding of this handbook will be shown on a annual exam each employee must take. This annual certification will be administered by Natural Healthcare and recorded. Natural Healthcare is commiued to providing customers with a continuous array of educational services and will implement necessary procedures to further community understanding and benefit of the State's medical marijuana program. • Provide knowledge of all applicable stale and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures. •Provide a basic understanding of the medicine, products, and services provided by the company. •Educate customers on the processes of registration, renewals, lost registration documents, etc. • Communicate with customers about their personal goals in using cannabis and provide educational materials and resources for customers as needed. •Record specific requests, preferences, and notes concerning patient stalus.

These include but are not limited to, a warning that medical marijuana has not been analyzed or approved by the FDA pursuant 105 CMR 725.105(K)(l ). while under the innucnce of medical marijuana driving is prohibited by M.G.L. c. 90, s.24 and machinery should not be operated in pursuant to 105 CMR 725.105(K)(2). Monthly seminars may be conducted by medical experts and other experts for the benefil of our customers.
