Animation, festive fun and stargazing…

Winter is coming, the nights are drawing in,but the National Waterfront Museum ispacked with imaginative and excitingevents for everyone to enjoy.

Animation is a major theme this season,with a six-month exhibition on display fromSat 13 Oct to Sun 17 March. Look out forthemed family events as well as talks andpresentations.

December promises to get everyone in thefestive mood with an amazing life-sizeanimatronic polar bear that will wow crowdson Sat 8 Dec as part of Festive Fun Day.

Stargazing will be a focus in the New Yearwith the chance to see the delights of thedark night sky on Fri 18 Jan. During thesame evening, prepare to be totallyoverwhelmed by SPACE STATION, the firstIMAX 3D movie allowing viewers to travel220 miles above earth at 17,500 mph - onemost definitely not to be missed!
