residents in India with UID numbers

Separate RFQs for Rural demographic data

Rural demographic – Preference to SCAs in their zones to get 50% of the work if they match L1

Equal division of work if more than one L1 and SCA also matches the L1

Process

Zone is the minimum unit of bidding

Maximum Bid capacity and Maximum Work

Capacity defined:

NW 1 (0.5 cr to 2 cr.) – 125 lakh records, 25 lakh

records

NW2 (2 cr. – 5 cr.) – 350 lakhs, 70 lakhs

NW3 (5 cr. – 20 cr.) – 12.5 cr., 2.5 cr.

NW4 (20 cr. +) – 50 cr., 10 cr.

NPR – The Bidding Process

A bidder can bid upto its Max. Bid Capacity only

A bidder shall be allocated zones upto its Max.

Work Capacity only

All SCAs will be allocated their work first

A Frequency Table will be prepared starting

with the least preferred zone

Allocation will be done sequentially as per the

Frequency Table
