There will be a fee charged for trailer parking. This fee helps pay for security. The Pre-registration fee will be $15.00 per open trailer and $20.00 per enclosed trailer. Trailers will be accessible for pulling Novas in and out of. You must preregister and ask for trailer parking. There is no parking for RV’s and motor homes. Trailer spaces after the pre-registration date prices will be Open $25 Enclosed $30. This Pre-registration form must be filled out completely and RECEIVEd by mail to the National Office, PO Box 2344, York, PA 17405 no later than JuNE 1, 2013 with payment. Members who register after June 1, 2013 will have to register at a higher rate and will have to book rooms directly with the Hotel at a much higher rate if available. Please pre-register EARLy to avoid the higher cost and to guarantee getting a room. Please only send ONE night for deposit per room. Judging will take place Thursday and Friday from 8:00AM to 12:00 Noon. All Novas being judged must be thru registration, at the show no later than 9:00 AM Friday July 19, 2013. Judging ends at 12:00 Noon Friday, no Saturday judg-ing.
