NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM Shaunak Amin, Jonathan Bergman, Matthew Eisner, Kevin Hansen, Nors Hexum, Sol
Immerman, and Paarth Shah took the 2010 PSAT/NMSQT and met requirements to enter
the 2012 National Merit Scholarship Program. They are among the 50,000 highest scoring
participants of over one million program entrants. Because these high performers have
shown outstanding academic potential, they are now invited to be referred to two colleges or
universities in the United States in which they are especially interested. Of the more than
50,000 students being offered this service, about 16,000 will be named Merit Program
Semifinalists, representing the top scorers in each state.
