• Data are stored in KE-EMu database, NSW Collections, used for our herbarium and Gardens specimens

• Text transferred to the webserver as delimited text files – an automatic weekly extract from EMu db using CRON/Perl

• Maintenance /updating – rely on botanical curators to keep herbarium and the Flora synchronised – not always up to date!
