    be noted:

    help to citizen in finding suitable work, and employers in finding necessary employees;

    informing about situation on labor market in the region of Russian Federation; organization of professional orientation of citizen in order to choose the profession;

    training, retraining and advance qualification of the unemployed;

    organization of temporary employment of underage citizens between the ages of 14 and18 in their free time;

    promote self-employment? Including the provision of a one-time financial assistance.

    All services are provided free of charge by the federal budget and the budgets of regionsof Russia.
