MIS Problems

Capacity Management

• There is no just in time strategy so that sometimes they become unable to manage their capacity.

• They do not have proper capacity management systems installed.

Inventory Management

• They have not any ERP and RFID systems installed so that they face inventory management issues.

• For these issues they faced many loss in sale because they don’t know how many products has been manufactured.

Capacity Management

• Apply just in time technique to overcome overcapacity problem.

• The overcapacity problem sometimes increases due to its competitors, i.e. Unilever Foods and Shan Foods. Because the most reliable and durable solution for overcapacity can comes under incentive adjusting capacity correcting measures.

• National foods are using lead strategy to manage their capacity but Average capacity strategy is most pertinent strategy.

Inventory Management

• They adopt ERPs and RFID system to solve their inventory management issues.

• They Installed RFID system is the best remedy that can overcome the problem of mismanaged inventory.

• Group similar items should be aligned together. They used proper codes for each items and Bar code for their identification.
