Why are we here today?
Today is about discussing and discerning our commitment to grow – opportunities, challenges, hopes and fears and to counsel our leaders in this area of our hoped for future.
▪ Growth is one of L’Arche Canada’s three strategic priorities
▪ L’Arche’s internal and external environment is very different than in the past. We need to be intentional
▪ It is the role of the National Council to help discern and guide our future directions

What is a gallery walk?
A gallery walk is a discussion technique to help us actively engage with ideas and each other
We can share our ideas and thoughts in small groups as we circulate between different areas
What do we want from you?
Think about what you see and what it means for L’Arche
Ask questions about the posters and each other’s thoughts
Write down ideas and thoughts that intrigue you
