East of England NHS Collabora.ve Procurement
NHS London Procurement Partnership
NHS Commercial Solu.ons and
North of England Commercial Procurement Collabora.ve
For this procurement, NHS LPP is the lead contrac.ng authority
About CPP- Joined Up Procurement
CPP puts in place a range of compe..ve contracts and frameworks to support the NHS in ensuring maximum value is gained from its investments in pa.ent care.
We have worked together successfully on the Na#onal Framework for the Supply of Nursing and Nursing Related Services
About CPP- Joined Up Procurement
We recognise that there are a number of frameworks in the market and it can be confusing for trusts when deciding on which frameworks are available to them.
It is for this reason that CPP are working together on this na.onal framework.
Wider discussions with Crown Commercial Services are taking place to agree how best public sector organisa.ons can work together regarding the agency market.

5. The principle of the framework is to maintain fixed rates but we recognise that there are certain areas that may a`ract an enhancement. Please indicate if any Lots should a`ract enhancements based on your knowledge of the market, and indicate the enhancement (eg travel expense) you feel may be appropriate. Please consider area-‐specific enhancements, lever to be considered, and appropriate level of enhancement (for example: ABC Trust, Travel, 20p per mile). You can include as many within the text box per Lot as you wish.
