Albania, officially known as Republic of Albania, is a country in Southeastern Europe. It is bordered by Montenegro to the northwest, Kosovo to the
northeast, Macedonia to the east, and Greece to the south and southeast. It has a coast on the Adriatic Sea to the west and on the Ionian Sea to the southwest. It is less than 72 km (45 mi) from Italy, across the Strait of Otranto
which links the Adriatic Sea to the Ionian Sea.

It has been something we are very pleased to do, because we can see our members
involved in AIESEC, every year after the recruitment period we welcome more AIESECers.
We have two years of experience organizing national conferences in AIESEC Albania.
this year…Well, we can say that it would be a totally different experience for everyone.
We are stronger as AIESEC, we have the right people in the right places so why not to be even stronger this year?
The conference will be held in the coastal city of Durres, in one of the mostpicturesque hotels, only two minutes from the sea cost..
International and national facis and an amazing chair to be discovered….
We are not only bigger in number this year but also more experienced, greatideas, hard work not missing the passion we have working withinternationals especially the ones involved within AIESEC..

HistoryUntil now we have organized two nationals conferences in AIESEC Albania, the first one ALCO (Albanian Leadership Congress) from 6th to 9th of December 2012 held in Durres.
Grow Conference was the second conference AIEEC Albania from 19 – 21 of May 2013 held in Durres, Albania.

Durrës is the second largest city of Albania located on the central
Albanian coast, about 33 km (21 mi) west of the capital Tirana. It is one of the most ancient and economically
significant cities of Albania.
Founded in the 7th century by Greek colonists from Corinth and Corcyra underthe name Epidamnos, it has been continuously inhabited for 2,700 years andis one of the oldest cities in Albania. Durrës served as Albania's nationalcapital from 7 March 1914 until 11 February 1920 during the reign of Williamof Albania in Principality of Albania.
