O—Normal body built, no body and breath odor, slightly stressed, well behaved, talkative, in good mood, speaking is normal. Had allergic reactions to food, fair skin, no lesions, smooth skin, skin in normal temperature. Evenly distributed hair, thick hair, no infection, normal mount of body hair. Nail is convex curvature, smooth texture, highly vascular, intact epidermis, prompt return of pink. Skull is round, symmetric, symmetric facial movements. Eyebrows are evenly distributed, skin intact, aligned symmetrically, eyelashes equally distributed, eyelid skin intact, close symmetrically, transparent bulbar conjunctiva, shiny palpebral conjuctiva, no edema in lacrimal duct. Normal hearing. Normal sense of smell. Normal taste, symmetrical lips contour. Thyroid gland is not visible in inspection, glands ascends during swallowing but not visible, bruit is absent.
