OVERVIEW

• Two Existing Mining Licenses

• Tuv Aimag ~220 KM west of Ulaanbaatar in the Zaamar Ridge of the Khentei

Mountains, bordered on the south and west by the Tuul River

• Consists of ~80 different veins of gold

• Only 2 veins have been explored ~20.3 tones

• Exploration is required where reserves are highly expected to increase

• Existing gold mines (more than 20 different licenses) are located in the vicinity on the

northern side to the Zaamar Ridge

• Anticipate both surface and underground operations

• Some placer deposits are known to be present but have not been quantified

HISTORY

1918: Russian geologists have done searching

1971: V.M. Yakilev and others to make 1:200000 scaled geological map.

1980: Au, Tin, Tungsten steel, Flour spar prognosis search

1982-1985: Balatova, N.Ya. Jabolovekaya, G. Dejidmaa, Gold

themed scientific studies.

1987-1991: Purewsuren and others to make 1:50000 scaled geological map.

1992-1994: Sh Enkhbaatar assessed

hypothesis resources 20.3 ton gold in quartz grains at Nariin Gol ore field.

1993-1995: Erdene Alt Co Ltd made 1:10000 scaled search, estimate on grain

41, 422 and drilled 9 boreholes which

contains 650m.

2003-2004: Erdene Alt Co Ltd 3 boreholes drilled which contains 216.6m and 1710

meter cube trench.

2006: Erdenet Alt Co Ltd registered for state reserve committee total weight

1734 kg, chemical pure 1638 kg gold as

(C1) category

2008: Erdenet Alt Co Ltd summarize and examine resource index via take

resample on grain 41, 422.

PLANNED WORK

1. Mapping: The research team of 5

geologists will drive the road and walk

in the total research site. The aerial

map will be used for observation.

1:5000 geological mapping, which

covers 365 hectares of MV-006364

licensed site will be conducted.

2. Ground Magnetics: The magnetic survey data could provide a target

signature where to drill on the

property. The purpose of this survey is

to help define the boundaries of the

rock units.

3. DDIP: Dipole dipole induced polarization.

4. Drilling:

We have planned 45 holes which

will contain around 5,230 meter of

drilling.

Atlas Copco Boyles C6C and C8C

2 core rigs will drill on site.

5. Borehole Geological Logging: On site logging of geological drill

holes for geologists purposes

6. Borehole Geophysical Survey: Borehole geophysics is the science of recording and

analyzing measurements of physical

properties made in test holes. Borehole

geophysical logging provides a highly

efficient means to determine the character

and thickness of the different geologic

materials.

7. Laboratory-ALS Group:

Detection limits ppm.

Au by screen fire assay with AAS finish.

8. Hydrogeology: Hydrogeology exploration will be done after the exploration drilling. We are

expecting drill at least 2 holes on MV-006364.

9. Topo mapping: Topo survey shows a variety of elevations and landforms. We will do scale

1:2000 topo mapping on MV-006364.

10. Resource and Reserve Estimation: Geology reports according to Mongolian Government

standard for reserve estimation reporting. Reserve classifications Mining resource and

mineable reserve calculation

11. Feasibility Study: Mine Designing ,Mining Equipment and facilities selection and capital

cost, Mine management and labor force assessment, Economic Evaluations including

forecasts of market analysis, transportations alternatives.
