DESIRE/ PURPOSE TO SERVE NAPE IF ELECTED

NAPE Secretariat: Collaborate with all stakeholders to create strategies that will reposition NAPE secretariat for

efficient and effective service delivery.

Member Engagement:

Increase membership value and growth. Ensure new members are provided with professional

membership kits that will contain member benefits. These benefits will also be on NAPE website.

Work with stakeholders to come up with strategies that will harness the power of the web to

increase member count. Technologies to enable members access information and collaborate on

social channels using mobile apps.

Make a case for personalized membership cards that can provide access to events, information

and partner benefits (e.g. airline and hotel booking discounts).

Spirit of volunteerism:

Identify and address barriers for low volunteer count by Association members. Ensure that

members who have demonstrated considerable amount of volunteer efforts are acknowledged

through formal recognition programs and in NAPE periodicals.

Lead the charge for NAPE to participate in community-, and industry-based Corporate Social

Responsibility initiatives.

Feedback Mechanism:

Establish annual member survey. Strive to create a feedback culture that will entail responding

and acting on feedback.
