GLOBAL CITY SINGAPOREFor six consecutive years including 2015, Singapore has been nominated by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the best place in the world to do business.

As Asia’s most liveable city*, Singapore is globally-connected, multicultural and cosmopolitan. Ranked as the No.1 city with the best investment potential^, its vibrant and stable environment, business-friendly policies, robust labour force, and excellent infrastructure have enabled diverse industries to flourish. Companies here have the necessary land, air, sea, and telecommunications linkages to move freight and services anywhere in the world, whenever they are needed.

In relation to this backdrop, a 2015 Economist article# highlighted Nanyang Business School as one of the “leading lights” in business education, particularly in the areas of career opportunities, personal development/education experience, salary, and potential to network. In addition to being a regional headquarter for many MNCs that offer sought-after corporate positions in HR, finance and marketing, Singapore has also become a haven for MBA graduates with an entrepreneurial streak seeking to promote their start-ups or incubators.

Singapore is a cosmopolitan country at the crossroads of Asia where people from the region feel right at home and those from beyond feel welcome. In fact, one in three persons here comes from abroad, constantly adding to the nation’s unique heritage blend. Today, the population is a rich mix of different cultures, lifestyles and religions – co-existing harmoniously.

With these excellent factors, coupled with a high quality of life, low crime rate, high healthcare standards and political stability, your MBA experience will be both enriching and rewarding.
