Anti-scratch paintTec Star antiscratch additive is designed for improving micro scratch resistance of water based resins.It is able to improve scratch resistance of a standard resin, making it to be classified MSR-A1, the best ranking of EN 16094:2012 - Laminate floor coverings- procedure A test method (change of gloss ≤ 10%).It is a water based additive, easy to add to liquid resins by mechanical mixing, not affecting the appearance of surfaces (colours, texture, shining, roughness) and not reacting with other chemical components of the resin (surfactants, hardeners, etc.).

Nanocomposite anti-stick treatmentfor plastic mould

SuperHydrophobic nanocomposite thin coating with anti-stick, anti-static and anti-corrosion properties with an extremely low-friction coefficient.

The Plastic Mould Industry has the highest number of problems especially when there is a demand for highly complicated design, high gloss cosmetic finishings using various resin compounds etc.Some of the designs and methods of phased extraction also present unique problems in ensuring end products that can meet customers’ requirements.Depending on the additives and foreign materials mixed with the plastic resin, some compounds take longer to cool or their substrates are extremely sensitive and fragile.

Super Hydrophobic thin coating dramatically reduces the friction coefficient of mould surfaces to produce high gloss finishes without using traditional mould release agents, with important increases in production output, reduced time spent on production and maintenance cycles, higher quality end products.
