SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

Best before 18 months from the date manufacture when in sealed pack and

stored at room temperature under proper condition (25°C).

Store away from direct sunlight.

HEALTH & SAFETYUse rubber hand gloves while coating Nano-LRP. Try to avoid contacting

with skin or eyes.

In case of contact with skin & eyes, wash with plenty of water.

Keep out of reach of children.

Handling: Non-toxic, non-inflammable & does not cause any health

hazards.

DESCRIPTION

OCTACRETE NANO-LRP is a multipurpose weather proof sealant in

terrace, asbestos roof, exterior wall, basement and overhead tank.

NANO-LRP is non-yellowing quick dry cement based bonding agent

for cold joint on bridge decks and old to new concrete.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

1. Nano-LRP coat provides superior UV & IR resistance, which

reduces terrace temperature.

2. Advanced Nano-LRP coat furnish crack sealing qualities in

concrete, wall & asbestos roof sheets.

3. Offers resistance towards chloride permeability, algae &

fungal growth in concrete, wall & asbestos roof sheets.

4. Eco-friendly & cost effective multi-purpose weather-proof

coat.

5. Total energy saving nearly @ 10-20%

AREAS OF APPLICATION

Weather proof coating: Add 10L Nano-LRP in 50L water and then add

50 kg cement (mix ratio Nano-LRP: water: cement - 1:5:5). Mix

thoroughly and then apply 2 coats (4 hrs interval) by brush on the

terrace/rooftop (Asbestos only).

Crack repair mortar, patching & renders: Add 15L Nano-LRP in 18L

water per 50 kg cement and 150 kg sand. Mix thoroughly and then

apply.

Anticorrosive coat/ rust repair on rebar: Add 10L Nano-LRP in 50L

water and then add 50 kg of cement (1:5:5). Mix thoroughly and then

apply 2 coats (4 hrs interval) by brush on rebar.

Heavy duty floor topping: Add 10L Nano-LRP in 15L water and then

add 50 kg cement, 75 Kg sand and 75 Kg coarse aggregate. Mix

thoroughly and then apply 2 coats (4 hrs interval) by brush on floor.

Complies as per ASTM C-1059-6 Type II standard
