Nacho Bake

Recipe ingredients
• 2 boxes of Velveeta Shells macaroni and cheese
• 16 oz grams of sour cream• 1 jar of Salsa• 1 ½ lbs of hamburger meat• 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese• 1 bag of tortilla chips• 1 packet of taco mix
Recipe Directions
• Cook macaroni as directed• Brown hamburger meat; drain; add taco mix• Drain macaroni and add ¾ of sour cream and mix together• In a 13 x 9 pan spread ½ of the macaroni on the bottom,
top with the hamburger meat, sprinkle ½ of the cheese, and put the other ½ of macaroni on top
• Cover with foil and bake in the oven on 425 degrees for 15 minutes
• Take out and top with rest of cheese, thin layer of salsa, and top with crushed tortilla chips.
• Put back in oven uncovered for 5 minutes
