•  How to leverage the flexibility of industrial sites in terms of electricity demand and auto-production in order to

–  Reduce their energy bill –  Reduce the risks of power blackout –  Allow to increase renewable share in energy mix ?

•  Multidisciplinary project linking N-SIDE (consulting firm in advanced analytics), UCL, ULg and ICEDD (institut de conseil et d’études en développement durable)

•  Funding by the walloon region under the program Energinsere (energy storage) •  Studies about the flexibility potential of industrial sites in Wallonia, taking into

account technical and social factors

•  New developments integrated in ENERTOP, operational and strategic software for energy optimisation, commercialized by N-SIDE
