Site Plan
The renovation of the building along bogdana khmelnitskogo str. represents the second part of the hotel
complex. The design proposal preserves 4 original floors removing the two upper floors. The additional
storeys form an independent volume placed on top of the existing building. They follow the rhythmic pat-
tern of the neighbouring 15-storey hotel, which makes them visually united into one single complex. On
the ground floor of the renovated building there is an entrance to the hotel, a small shop, and a cafe with
a summer terrace.
