OLS generates oligonucleotides with high complexity and sequence fidelity. With OLS, users can obtain microarray, target enrichment bait libraries, and FISH probes that are of the highest quality in the industry. Maximum Flexibility One of the key aspects of Agilent custom genomics is SureDesign, a web-based application available for no additional charge to Agilent customers. SureDesign allows you to choose from predefined content or create your own, review Agilent catalog and custom designs for purchase, and collaborate within your workgroup or other researchers. Due to the unique manufacturing process Agilent uses, you can order as few as one sample, and then scale up as requirements change. The Agilent Oligo Library Synthesis platform enables total flexibility. All reagents are manufactured in an ISO 13485 certified facility. CGH/CGH+SNP MicroarraysAgilent microarrays can be manufactured to order, using the same process as Agilent catalog products. Use SureDesign to create custom CGH microarrays from our database of over 28 million highly curated probes, and ensure optimal performance for your custom design.
NGS Target Enrichment The Agilent custom SureSelect and HaloPlex libraries allow you to effi ciently target your regions of interest, providing the fl exibility you need from discovery to follow-up studies, from 1 kb up to 24 Mb. SureDesign can be used to customize solutions for both DNA and RNA target enrichment.
FISH Probes FISH customization service providers in the market rely primarily on BAC technology, a limited library of bacteria clones, to produce FISH probes. Clone availability dictates which probes can be made in each region. Using Agilent Oligo FISH technology, customers may now design and order through SureDesign any probes targeting any region with base pair level precision.
