Our online community ‘My Social’ can connect your patients to thousands of stroke survivors and carers. The forums are a great place to ask questions and share experiences with people who understand. They can also connect you with other healthcare professionals.

Goal setting Many stroke survivors also benefit from setting themselves goals to track their recovery progress. You can work with your patients to add manageable steps to help them achieve their goals, whether that is to have the confidence to go to the shop alone, or make a cup of tea.
