I created the Toastmasters Podcast Europe with some Toastmasters that I met via LinkedIn in 2012. We’ve interviewed 3 different World Champions of Public Speaking and several prominent Toastmasters in Europe as part of the podcast.

Toastmasters Podcast Europe:

The (then) club president and I moved the club website to from a previous webhost to a new platform created by Toastmasters in Europe. We created the initial design for the club website together and I have been webmaster since. I’ll be doing an update to the club website as part of my HPL project (see next slide)

I’m currently working on an HPL (High Performance Leadership) project with the goal of increasing my club’s online presence via popular social media sites. So far a Flickr Group and Facebook page have been created…

• I’ve been taking pictures since 1995 and a Flickr member since 2007

• I created a Flickr Group for my Toastmasters Club as part of my HPL project

• I‘ll create a picture portofolio in the near future

I’ve been drawing since I was a kid and even did a comic series when I was in elementary school

• Every day more and more companies, organizations, and people are realizing the power of Social Media

• Anybody who wants to draw attention to what they‘re doing can use Social Media in a variety of ways to get their message out (of course the effect and impact will vary)

• As time goes by, using Social Media channels is expected of organizations, businesses, and even your average person
