MORNING RITUAL – PUT MYSELF IN A PEAK STATE USING MY PHYSIOLOGY (STATE MANAGEMENT) AND QUESTIONS.THEN READ MY OVERALL GOALS, 30 DAYS GOALS, VALUES, AND SIX NEEDS. I WILL THEN USE A BREATHINGTECHNIQUE TO RELAX AND GO INTO THE PERFECT MOVIE OF MY DAY. I WILL VISUALIZE MY DAY IN DETAIL SEEINGMYSELF DOING ALL THE THINGS I MUST DO THAT DAY.
