What have I been doing?Taking two years out of my career at a crucial time

wasn’t an easy decision.However, the seeds had been germinating for over a

decade, and it was now or never.In 2008, I bought 1ha of over-mature coconut

plantation on an island off the coast of Davao City, Mindanao

Late in 2010, after the closure of the council operated utility I worked for, I decided to fulfil an ambition
