“My Day” by Sienna-rose......

I start off my day with a hearty breakfast. I eat toast, muesli, pikelets, juice, cheese, yoghurt and fruit. Today I had strawberries.....I love strawberries.

On very special days when Daddy isn’t working, we have breakfast in a cafe. I make such a mess!

Can I have some more please??

If we walk to the cafe, I will usually snooze in my pram on the way

home.....

Or if we drive, I willjust sleep in the car.....

Then its time for my reading. I love reading. My favourite books are “I can fly” and a story about pinky ponk juice. Mummy wrote a special message in my “I can fly” book – she told me that even though the story has a good moral (dont know what that means) – I should never really try and fly. Thats ok – I just learnt how to walk anyways......

After that, its time for “fun with letters and numbers!” There is so much to learn but I now know I have five fingers on each hand. Sometimes when Mummy isn’t looking I eat the flashcards......

Mummy usually has to do some washing now. So I try and do my bit by playing silly buggers with her. I like to play with pegs – except the other day one got caught on my finger and it hurt. I still like them though. I also like baskets. I hide inside them but Mummy always finds me – she’s very clever

Now I like to just play around the house and make a big mess of everything. Its lots of fun – especially when I say “uh-oh!”. Poor Mummy has lots of picking up to do.

Now its time for some yoga!

Hang on......its that bloody phone again......”hello??”....

Today was an extra special day because Mummy did some baking in the kitchen and I helped her by making a mess on the floor. She made choc berry muffins....mmmmmm.......i didn’ t eat the muffin

but I licked the spoon and it was yummo!!

And now its time for a nap!!..zzzzzzzzzz

Sometimes I’m so tired I nap anywhere!!

Time to eat again! Mmmmmm food is yummy.....when I see it come out on my plate I go “mmmmmmm!” except for when I see broccoli – I dont know why Mummy keeps cooking little trees for me.....

Off to the shops now! Today Mummy and Daddy treated me to this little red buggy! I had so much fun riding around – and I loved

waving to the puppies in the pet shop from my baby-mobile

Riding in the little red car is fun......but trolleys are fun too!

There’s lots of food in the shops......sometimes I wish I had long inspector gadget arms so I could pick my own foods

off the shelves....

Now we usually go to the park for some playtime! I’m getting big enough to use all the stuff now. My favourite

one is the tunnel. My Daddy works in a tunnel.

I like the park even more when there are dogs to play with. This little black dog was my favourite – I love him so much we even pulled the same face for this photo...

Dogs make me smile and laugh. I love dogs. I can even say the word “dog” now but it sounds like “dig”. Mummy says that’s

how they say “dog” in New Zealand.

Now I’m just gonna hang around for a bit.......

Phew! All that running around is hard work when you cant really run yet......time to rest and have some milk. I like to

sit down with my handbag and watch the birds.

Back at home now and its time to play with my ball. I’m so good at playing ball games now – I can throw and bounce.

Mummy says I have to work on my catching though....

Time to watch some television! I watch ABC and there is lots of cool stuff. My favourite shows are “ In the night garden”, “ Giggle and Hoot”, “ Yo Gabba Gabba”, and “

Small Potatoes”.

It’s dinner-time now! Tonight Mummy cooked a chicken egg-noodle stir-fry and I was so excited to eat it

“mmmmmmm!!!!!”

How much fun are egg noodles?!!

Gotta wash off all that egg noodle now. I love bath time, bubbles, and little rubber duckies.

BIG SPLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time to brush my teeth and get dressed for bed. My toothpaste tastes like apples. Sometimes when Daddy dresses me I get cranky.

Bedtime story time......

Sometimes before my final bottle, I like to play around for a bit longer.......

Uh-oh! Tonight I was practising my walking and I fell over. I had a toy in my mouth and it hurt my lip. Oh how I cried. It’s no fun when you fall over

Mummy gave me this ice-block to suck and it made me feel better. It tastes like oranges.

I gave Mummy this look and it made her feel really guilty because she was the one who gave me the toy in the first place.

My lip feels better now. Its time for my final feed. I love milk.

What a day!! Time to sleep it off and get ready for tomorrow. I sleep with my “dig” Hunter. Mummy picked him up from the Hunter Valley. He is my best friend. Nighty Night.xx

Hmmmm.......I wonder what exciting things will happen tomorrow?? Cant wait!!
