Dear my friend,

Firstly, thank you. Thank you for trusting my guidance and information on

conceiving the gender of your choice. I know exactly what brought you here

today. I know how it feels to want that little boy or little girl and no matter

how hard you try, it just doesn’t seem to happen for you.

My name is Amber Greenhorn and after having 2 girls I was desperate for a

little boy. As a mother, you love all of your children. But when you grow up

dreaming of being a mom - you always DREAM of being a mom to your

preferred gender. I sure did. Dream of watching him grow up in to a sweet,

strong young man? I know exactly how you feel. And I, too, felt the dull pain

and fear of never having my dream child.

I even felt guilty after having my third child... because I was shaken to my

core with depression after hearing "it's a girl." The dreams I looked forward

to all my life were crashing down on me.

So instead of wallowing around, I decided to do something about it. I spent

hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars researching how I could conceive

that little boy I always wanted, and you know what, it worked.

Then I had friends asking me how to do it so after helping several of them

get their little boy or girl I decided to do something even bigger.

So, I created My Baby Gender Blueprint System to help families just like yours

conceive the gender of their dreams. And you know what, to date I have

helped over 12,000 families complete the family of their dreams…

Warm regards,

Amber Greenhorn

The Three Main Secrets to Conceiving Your Preferred Gender

There are so many good reasons as to why you would want to conceive a

little boy or girl... so many that I am not even going to begin to mention them.

So if someone were to tell you that you had a 94.8% chance of conceiving

the gender you wanted by following three natural steps, what would you

say?

I know I would be asking how!

More specifically: How do I maximize my chances of conceiving that little boy

or girl?

... I bet you are asking this too so let’s get to it- how did you do it?

Page 5: My Baby Gender Blueprint PDF, eBook by Amber Greenhorn

I would like to say that the process is easy and quick- and in some aspects it

is, however, having a baby takes work, dedication and commitment. Having

a baby is going to be a permanent part of your life and this is just the first

step of many you will encounter!

I know that this can be a daunting experience but remember you’re not

alone...

We have had countless success stories from women following the three

factors and conceiving the gender they have always wanted and you too

could be writing to us saying the same!

It so exciting to be a part of the happiness and today we want to share with

you how you can have the same success.

By following these three steps and through planning and communication you

can manipulate your body to conceive a particular gender.

We all know to get pregnant that sperm had to enter the egg and so on and

so forth...but there is so much more that you may not know about conceiving

a specific gender.

So let me help you clear some of it up:

# 1 Intercourse Positions

You are probably wondering what I mean but this is probably one most of

you would like the best!

There is a difference between the male and female chromosomes, "X" and

"Y"- these move differently and as a result, leads to a different outcome.

Helping to maximize the chance of conceiving the gender you want all

depends on the "finishing position".

Deep penetration allows the male sperm to access the egg sooner, whilst

shallow penetration is the best way to conceive a girl. This may seem odd-

and I was skeptical at first, however, thinking about it, it all made sense. I

used the shallow penetration method to hopefully conceive a little girl and it

worked!

#2 Timing

Timing your intercourse can be quiet tricky depending on your ovulation

cycle. It is recommended that you test your ovulation dates over the course

of 3 months to calculate the best days to have intercourse and to also make

sure the days are constant. The ovulation dates all depend on what gender

you are after as the male and female sperm have different qualities.

The best ways to depict your ovulation dates are via three ways: an ovulation

test

(Either saliva or urine), Basal Body Temperature method or analyzing your

cervical mucus.

Either or all of these three methods will put you on your way to conceiving

the gender of your choice.

#3 Foods!

Eating the right foods when trying to conceive is so important!

What many people don't realize is the foods we eat while trying to fall

pregnant will attract either the male or female sperm to the women's egg.

Not only that food attract particular sperm it also determines the health of

both you and your baby.

Having a healthy diet and limiting/cutting out processed foods, smoking and

alcohol will maximize your cervical mucus and minimize any negative

complication to the cervical mucus, you and your baby. There are particular

foods that are high in nutrients and vitamins that you need to eat to ensure

you are attracting the right gender.

Different foods will give different results- to have a boy you need to eat foods

that are high in potassium and sodium and to conceive a girl eat foods that

are enriched with calcium and magnesium.

Eating these foods put up 6 weeks before trying to conceive and during your

attempt to conceive will maximize your chances of conceiving the desired

gender.

Eating For a Boy

To encourage your egg to attract the male sperm you want to eat foods that

are high in potassium and sodium. Eating foods that are high in these

vitamins and minerals 6 weeks prior to attempting conception will give your

body enough time to absorb the right nutrients.

Eating For a Girl

In order to attract female sperm you want to eat foods that are high in

calcium and magnesium. Eating foods that are high in these vitamins and

minerals 6 weeks prior to attempting conception will give your body enough

time to absorb the right nutrients.

Change Your Lifestyle

Eating the right foods while trying to conceive can be a big step for some.

In most cases it takes some planning and communication while trying to

change your eating habits and foods. Before you embark on changing some

of your food remember two important things:

1. It is only for the 6 weeks up to trying to conceive and during the attempt

to conceive.

It is not forever and it will maximize your chances of having the desired

gender.

2. It is about dominating your diet with the right foods but not completely

ruling out everything you love.

Here are ten tips to helping you start and finish the Gender Diet:

1. Think about the foods you like and how they fit into the gender diet. If

they are foods that are not recommend it doesn't mean you can't eat

them- it simply means you need to cut back and eat more of a food that

is beneficial. If there is a food mentioned that you just can't stomach-

Page 10: My Baby Gender Blueprint PDF, eBook by Amber Greenhorn

www.mybabygenderblueprint.com 10

don't eat it! There are heaps of foods you can eat in the girl and boy diet

which means you can eat something else instead.

2. If you have a family or a partner who are fussy eaters choose recipes that

they whole family is likely to eat. This also might be the time to sit your

support network down and explain the importance of what you are doing

and ask for their help. If everyone can eat the same things it makes it less

stressful and more enjoyable.

3. Substitute/ Recreate- if there is a recipe you love that consists of

ingredients that are not recommended replace some of the ingredients

with those that you can. It doesn't mean you can't eat your favorite dish

it is just a matter of enriching your body with the right foods to help

maximize the chances of conceiving your desired gender.

4. Try and eat vegetarian 2-3 times a week. Vegetarian meals are nutritional,

tasty and an easy way to incorporate all the vegetables that you need to

eat. A simple stir-fry or vegetarian lasagna are easy ways to get a lot of

vegetables into your diet and also healthy!!!

5. What kind of cook are you? Are you someone who likes a quick meal or

someone who likes to indulge in every bite? Construct recipes/ cook

recipes that suit your cooking personality- this will make the transition

and process so much easier!

6. Think about the benefits of the foods you are eating. Is this food

nutritional? Am I going to enjoy this? Does this give me the right vitamins

and minerals that I need? Is this healthy for me and baby? By asking

yourself these questions you will be able to determine if you are eating

the right foods and will eventually help you in picking the right foods to

eat.

Page 11: My Baby Gender Blueprint PDF, eBook by Amber Greenhorn

www.mybabygenderblueprint.com 11

7. Think of the foods that are in season. Do some research before you go

shopping! If there is a particular fruit or vegetable you are interested in

see what vitamins and minerals it contains and then determine if it a good

food choice. This will encourage you to think outside the box and also eat

foods that maybe you wouldn't once consider.

8. Say no to frozen meals- this are not nutritional, full of added preservatives

and generally tasteless. Plan your day and time to come home and cook!

There are so many great recipes out there that literally take minutes. No

one has to be time poor and at the end of the day you are doing this for

a reason. If it means a lot to you- go the extra step to make sure it works!

9. Think about what ingredients you already have. There are probably foods

already in your house that are great for you and you like. Work out these

key foods and keep them stocked up and cook with them.

10. Planning.Use free time to get excited about your meals and food. You are

ultimately eating for a baby and that is truly exciting and amazing! I know

that this can be stressful but it doesn't need to be. Ask for help, stay

focused and communicate! If you don't have time to shop delegate the

task to a partner or a service. There are great food services out there that

do your shopping for you and delivers. This can sometimes be expensive-

but it is worth it if you don't need to be stressed.
