Section 1

Performance management Plan development Learn how to prepare for performance management plan development. A team approach will help facilitate a shared sense of ownership and bring creativity and innovation to developing each plan element. Because enterprise performance management is a team effort, you will save time and effort during the development process by learning how to perform these four key preparation tasks: assembling the performance team leadership, collecting and reviewing background materials, developing a performance work plan, and conducting a team briefing meeting.$99 Devens

Section 2

Develop a performance framework focusing on developing a collection of documented and synchronized performance objectives related to one another by a specific performance perspective (e.g. customer satisfaction). A performance framework is the foundation for a sound performance management system. A good performance framework is a useful tool for management and organizational learning—it provides intelligence for decision-makers, and thus serves as a constant reference to guide the assessment of results.

Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)™ Workshops Designed for public, private for profit, and not-for-profit organizations to reach peak performance!

This management “powertool” will assist your organization in implementing a highly effective performance management (EPM) system including specific performance objectives and their associated performance measures for any area of your enterprise. (More specifics of this system are available at www.ObjectiveSolutionsInc.com.)

The primary audiences for these workshops are managers and/or management teams responsible for each functional area of your organization—finance, sales, customer service, production, distribution and more.

You can choose to take Performance Management Plan Development as a program overview or take individual workshops from Section 2 (see below) to launch and sustain EPM in a specific area of your organization right now. Additionally, you can take Section 1, one or more workshops from Section 2, and Section 3 to earn a Performance management Certificate and apply performance management across your entire enterprise.

All workshops are offered at an introductory price of $99 and are taught by the creator of this performance system, Charles P. Collins from Objective Solutions. For course dates and times, contact Deidre Carroll, workforce training manager at (978) 630-9179 or email: [email protected].
