For example 4Music doesn’t just show music videos they do also show TV programmes after the music videos to keep the viewers interested and still watching and also to give variety on the channel.

Spotify is for customers to pay monthly to listen to music but not videos but does have adverts talking about the song and giving information about that music video to the public so they would use social media to find the music video.

So then the publishers get an increase in money. Another reason for the music videos are for the producers putting time and money in to a video and then making sure that the music video is popular and so they can keep making music videos for that artist and basically building up there fan bases.
