Library Project Will accomplish:

• Catalog Choir (lyrics, songs, learning materials)

• Establish a back up system for all music and song files

• Establish CD files for all choir songs• Establish mp3 files for all choir songs• System for choir music storage

• Archival System (Long Term Music storage)

• Binder/Cabinet System• Online Music system

• Central filing system for all music

• Provides continuity• Leaves legacy in place

choir (already established)

Binder/Cabinet System • Binder Members of

Adult groups (youth/sunshine choir will use this system when they graduate to an Adult group)

• One notebook for each singer (choir, praise team etc.)
