INVITATION TO COMMUNION KNEEL

Behold the Lamb of God… Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb.

R/. Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

Believing that the reception of Communion is a sign of the reality of the oneness of faith, members of those churches with whom we are not yet fully united ordinarily do not receive Holy Communion.

Because Communion is a commitment to living fully in Christ, Catholics who are conscious of grave sin do not participate in Communion without prior sacramental confession unless there is no opportunity for confession.

Anyone not receiving Communion is welcome to come forward for a blessing by crossing their arms over their chest.
