Great Work!
This week I visited K-6R where we moved through
morning rotations and I shared one of my favourite
storybooks. The class completed a story pyramid
focusing on summarising skills. Jayden brought me
his guitar to treat some teachers and students to our
own private performance in my office. Jayden has
been playing the guitar for only a year and drew
quite a crowd in the office with his outstanding
talent.
Parent teacher Interviews
Online bookings for parent teacher meetings are
now open. Parents can use the code d8a42 at
www.schoolinterviews.com.au to make a
convenient time for their family. A note with more
specific instructions has been distributed to all
families. See your child’s class teacher if you have
any questions.
Out of School Car Hours survey—Thank you
Thank you to all the families who have returned the
survey. We appreciate your assistance with this part
of the process.
External Validation
This week our External Validation Team meets with a
Principal School Leadership and peer principal to
present our analysis of our school evaluation
completed this week. Our school is very much
looking forward to presenting our evidence and we
will advise you of the panels feedback in the
coming weeks.
Have a wonderful week.

NC Soccer -Bathurst
Last week Toby Robinson travelled to Bathurst
under the watchful eye of Mr Wills (coach). Toby
was playing for the North Coast Soccer team
against the best players in NSW. The carnival was
held in true soccer conditions of 1 degree Celsius,
with a wind chill factor of -3 degrees. Toby’s
efforts throughout the carnival were fantastic. He
showed the North Coast spirit of never giving up,
not letting anyone past him and sportsmanship at
every game. The team finished equal third in
their pool and finally finished 8th in the state,
which is a great achievement.
Congratulations Toby. We are all very proud of
you.
